You may attend any of the meetings and you may bring another interested party with you if you so choose (perhaps incoming and outgoing Clerk of Session). Please put the most convenient of these meetings on your calendar now and inform the Stated Clerk so we know how many to expect at each location.
Be sure to bring your current Minutes Book and the current Rolls of your church, as we will perform the required review during the second hour (the first hour will be Topics of Interest/Q&A).
