The ministries of the Presbytery of Baltimore are as diverse as you may imagine. We work with homeless men in Baltimore City; college grads exploring their suitability for ordained ministry; Mayan children in Guatemala; prisoners on death row; unchurched families in Carroll County; Sunday school teachers searching for the perfect curriculum; the working poor who cannot afford medical and legal services; victims of domestic violence in western Maryland; Presbyterian teenagers hoping to join a mission trip for Native Americans in South Dakota. These various forms of ministry illustrate the work of the Presbytery’s committees, resource center, political advocacy, global partnerships, and scholarship opportunities.

Whatever the program or service, whatever its form or vehicle for delivery, the ministry of Baltimore Presbytery is ultimately a human expression of God’s love.
