Called Meeting of Presbytery
Moderator Sue Lowcock Harris has called for a meeting of the presbytery on April 26, 2022 at 11:00 am via Zoom for the purpose of acting on a request to concur with an overture from the Northwest Coast Presbytery, “Apologies and Reparations for the Racist Closure of the Memorial Presbyterian Church in Juneau, Alaska.” This called meeting is necessary to meet the General Assembly deadline of May 4 for overture concurrences
The meeting is at the request of the following members of the Commission on Reconciliation:

Marty Clayton, Ruling Elder, Woods Memorial
Chrystie Adams, Ruling Elder, Brown Memorial Park Avenue

and is in order per the terms of the Presbytery Manual 3.8 Special Meetings.
