Enduring Witness Fund
The Presbytery of Baltimore is privileged to receive funds from congregations whose ministries have closed either through the sale of church property or other situations whereby the Presbytery of Baltimore receives assets. The legacy of the faithful members of these congregations continues through the life and ministry of remaining congregations in the Presbytery.
The Enduring Witness Fund will be supported through a percentage of the net proceeds from the sale of closed church properties as specified in 9.6.5 of the Presbytery Manual. The Enduring Witness Grants Budget is $200,000 per year
Community Engagement Grants
Community Engagement grants are administered by the Commission on Reconciliation and are directed for community outreach, more specifically for community organizing and community engagement by congregations in the Presbytery of Baltimore.
Congregational Transformation Grants
Awarded by Ministry Group Conveners to congregations engaging in programmatic initiatives of evangelism and congregational transformation and growth
Administrative Leave Pulpit Supply
The Commission on Ministry can assist congregations with pulpit supply when their pastor is on administrative leave.
Pension Dues Assistance
The Commission on Ministry awards Board of Pensions dues for ½ – ¾ time positions for pastoral leadership for up to 3 years.

Emergency Assistance Property Grant
The Presbytery of Baltimore Emergency Assistance Property Repair Fund will be used to provide emergency financial aid to congregations in time of an urgent church property need. This fund may not be applicable for cases in which long-term financial support is needed. This fund is intended as a last resort, to be used only after the requestor has explored all other possibilities of help. The maximum amount of disbursement per individual church in a calendar year shall be up to $10,000 per request.

The Durr Fund
Grants of up to $500 are available for congregational events supporting environmental stewardship and interfaith relations. Grants of up to $500 will be given to help fund speakers, workshops or other events designed to promote greater understanding and involvement in these dimensions of faith and discipleship.

Emergency Assistance Fund
The Presbytery of Baltimore Emergency Assistance Fund will be used to provide emergency financial aid to eligible individuals in time of an urgent financial or pastoral need. This fund may not be applicable for cases in which long-term financial support is needed. This fund is intended as a last resort, to be used only after the requestor has explored all other possibilities of help. The maximum amount of disbursement per individual in a calendar year shall be at the discretion of the General Presbyter and members of the Committee on Ministry Leadership Team.
