The Commission on Spiritual Leader Development is committed to deepening the spiritual experience and strengthening the leadership skills of those called to serve as leaders in the congregations and ministries of the Presbytery of Baltimore. We offer resources, workshops and continuing education opportunities for teaching and ruling elders, deacons, educators, and other leaders. As our culture changes, new challenges call for leaders who are confident, creative and, above all, aware of and responsive to the many ways God is at work in the church and the world.
