• Congregations should use the following online application form once the proposed project is endorsed by their Session.
• The contact will be able to speak about the proposal and answer any follow up questions.
• Applicants are encouraged to save their responses offline, in case of form time-out.

As a grant recipient of the Commission on Reconciliation, please consider how your community engagement furthers the goals of the Commission. How does your proposed ministry work toward reconciliation overall and, in particular, how does it seek to address any of the following?

• to dismantle racism
• to alleviate suffering
• to bear public witness to the reconciling love of Christ
• to promote justice
• to practice inclusivity
• to grow the chuch

I understand that, if funded, I have one year to spend the award and receipts for all expenses shall be retained. Unspent funds will be returned to the Presbytery of Baltimore. *

Submit

A report evaluating the use of funds is required at six months and one year after the award. Congregations may not receive additional Enduring Witness funding until the report is submitted.

ALL UNSPENT GRANT FUNDS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE PRESBYTERY OF BALTIMORE.
