STEP 1: Cover Sheet
Please download and save the Thriving Congregations Grant Cover Sheet. Open, complete, and re-save it with your responses. This fillable PDF file will be required for the online application that follows.
STEP 2: Online Application
Upon approval of the Board of Pensions Grant, the recipient shall receive a check payable to the Board of Pensions for one year of dues. The recipient is responsible for submitting the check and relevant information to the Board of Pensions.
