913th Stated Meeting of Presbytery
Our 913th Stated Meeting of Presbytery will take place at First Presbyterian Church of Cumberland, on Thursday, November 19, 2026.
During worship, we will be joined by Rev. Jimmie Hawkins, Director of the PCUSA Office for Advocacy and Witness.
When registering, you will have the option to join us in-person, or virtually, via Zoom.
For those joining us in person, lunch will be available from the Cumberland Community Café, a local nonprofit established by the church with support from the Presbytery’s Community Engagement Grants, for a $20 donation. All proceeds from lunch tickets will support the café and its mission. Please consider joining us for a meal together after the meeting.
Menu details and meeting papers will be posted as the event nears.
* REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, WHETHER YOU PLAN TO ATTEND IN PERSON OR ONLINE *
Here are Six Things to Do While in Cumberland. We’ve curated a short list of nearby attractions worth visiting while you’re in town.
The Presbytery has reserved a tour of Emmanuel Church’s Underground Railroad Tunnels, at 2:00, after lunch. There will be an option to join us when registering for the meeting. Our host church, First Presbyterian, has an historic affiliation with the site. All in-person meeting attendees are invited!
