Dialogue for Peaceful Change Reunion and Recharge
Brought to you by Presbytery of Baltimore, National Capital Presbytery, and New Castle Presbytery. This opportunity is for any and all who have successfully completed a Dialogue for Peaceful Change (DPC) Facilitator Training.
Back by popular demand we are having a DPC Reunion with another opportunity to refresh and go deeper into our DPC practice. This year’s training will be led by Rachel Craig along with Colin, engaging with the Polyval Theory and how it interacts with DPC’s models!
Rachel Craig shares these words: “By exploring how fear and uncertainty manifest in the body, we can ground a practice that strengthens our capacity for safety and regulation together, even amid challenges to equilibrium.”
Tara Spuhler McCabe says that she personally benefitted from integrating this training when she was with colleagues witnessing in DC on the first day of school while armed guards stood around. Her stamina for the day increased thanks to this nugget of integrated training to DPC!
Are you still wondering what is the Polyval Theory? Come and find out!
