OFFLINE GRANT APPLICATION
Download and save this MS Word document to be completed and snail or emailed.
Please read all questions and research your responses before beginning the form to avoid timing out and losing your information.
It is also advised that you prepare your written responses with a local text editor (like MS Word) so that your answers are available to enter and save for your reference.
STEP 1: Cover Sheet
Download and save the Thriving Congregations Grant Cover Sheet. (PDF) Open, complete, and re-save it with your responses. This fillable PDF file will be required for the online application that follows.
STEP 2: Budget Template
Download and save the Grant Budget Template (XLS) to your computer. Complete and save the file. This MS Excel spreadsheet will be required for the final step.
STEP 3: Online Application
Upon approval of the Program Grant or Capital Grant, all signators will be notified by email, along with a letter that explains the terms of the grant. When the signed letter is returned to the Chair of Thriving Congregations, the full amount of the award will be sent to the designated recipient.
